Shipping policy

Shipping:

To increase our response time you MUST create an account when checking out. This will ensure you receive up to date tracking information sent directly to you. We can no longer answer tracking questions. Please refer to either USPS or UPS to answer your tracking questions. 

All orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of your order. 

Please note that USPS and UPS sometimes have delays.

If you notice your package status has not updated or hasn't moved in a week after our shipping times please reach out to us so we can try and help.

If your package arrives damaged you must take pictures of the packaging and the contents and send them to us so we can open a claim. You MUST keep all packaging until the claim is finished. If packaging is not kept, pictures are not taken, we cannot be responsible for the loss. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you check out. We are not responsible for packages that have the wrong address, lost, stolen or damaged packages but we will try and help any way we can. We're not monsters. 

Returns and Exchanges:

PRE-ORDERS
